Alameda Seaplane Ferry Terminal
The Alameda Seaplane Ferry Terminal is located at 1701 Ferry Point Road in Alameda. From Ralph Appezzato Memorial Parkway heading west past Main Street, turn left on Ferry Point Way (about a mile west of Main Street) and follow it to the ferry terminal.
Transit: AC Transit Line 78, launching on August 9, will provide direct timed service from much of Alameda Island to the Seaplane Lagoon Ferry Terminal. Ferry riders using Clipper will enjoy a transfer discount equal to the cost of the bus fare, essentially making the bus ride to or from the ferry free. Schedules for Line 78 will be released in the coming weeks.
Bikes: The ferry terminal is on the Bay Trail and connects to the Cross Alameda Trail, providing excellent bike and pedestrian access to the ferry. There are 24 secure electronic bicycle lockers available using the BikeLink card system. Visit www.bikelink.org for more information. There are additional bike racks available on site and bicycles can be brought on board the ferry.
Parking: The city lot at the ferry terminal has 400 spaces. There is no overnight parking. Parking is currently free.
