Getting to the Ballpark on Memorial Day 5/27

On Monday May 27, 2024, a special schedule will be in effect for the Ballpark Short Hop connecting baseball fans between the Downtown S.F. Terminal and Oracle Park. On Monday 5/27 only, Ballpark Short Hop departures from the Downtown S.F. Terminal will be departing one hour later than normal. Riders from Vallejo and the East Bay will still be able to make connections to the Ballpark Short Hop departures from regular transbay trips arriving at the Downtown S.F. Terminal. 

If you are coming from the East Bay and Vallejo, here are the trips you can take to catch the Ballpark Short Hop. For all trips below you will need to switch vessels at the Downtown S.F. Terminal.  

From: Oakland

After the Game

The Ballpark Short Hop will depart twice after the game has ended and will provide ferry service back to the Downtown S.F. Terminal. Riders heading back to the East Bay and Vallejo can connect to their transbay trip upon arrival at the Downtown S.F. Terminal. Giants games last about three hours, give or take. The first post-game Ballpark Short Hop leaves Oracle Park 20 minutes after the last out and may reach full capacity. The second and final post-game Ballpark Short Hop leaves about 60 minutes after the last out; capacity is not typically an issue.

TO OAKLAND & MAIN ST. ALAMEDA (GATE G): 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:50 PM, 7:10 PM, 8:30 PM, 9:40 PM

TO RICHMOND (GATE F) 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM, 8:10 PM

TO VALLEJO (GATE E): 4:05 PM, 5:05 PM, 6:30 PM, 9 PM

Tickets & Fares

The Ballpark Short Hop is free to ride in both directions. For all other transbay service between Vallejo, the East Bay and the Downtown S.F. Terminal, regular fares apply.
