Effective May 16, 2022 we streamlined how ferry riders who bring bikes or scooters onboard move between our vessels and the terminal, systemwide. On all routes, bike and scooter users are now asked to offboard in the following order:
On weekdays, across ALL routes, bikes will offload first. On weekends, across ALL routes, bikes will offload last.
As more riders return to the ferry system, safety of our passengers both onboard and while transiting through terminal areas is our highest priority. These minor but important changes will help to ensure safe trips for both bikers and all other passengers alike and make our operations more efficient.
