Passenger Update for August 26, 2020

Hello. We hope that everyone is remaining safe. For those who have been riding San Francisco Bay Ferry, we thank you for helping us protect the health and safety of passengers and crew members. For those who have returned to work but are not riding the ferry, we'd like to welcome you back on board. For those who continue to work from home, we look forward to seeing you if your commute resumes.

We wanted to share a few notes and reminders.

Labor Day
There will be no ferry service on Labor Day, September 7.

Eating & Drinking
Passengers should not eat or drink on board the ferry due to the mask requirements in place.

Seating Availability Charts
We are posting seating availability charts for all commute trips at https://bit.ly/FerrySeats. With roughly 70 percent of seats currently unavailable to ensure social distancing, we wanted to communicate how many seats were available for each departure. By using the prior week's ridership, passengers can you reassured that there is space on the departure they want to ride.

No departures have reached maximum capacity since March.

Box Office Hours
