Rosanne Foust is President and CEO of the San Mateo County Economic Development Association (SAMCEDA), where she leads regional economic strategy, fosters partnerships, and supports business growth.
Previously, she spent twenty years in international economic development with Alsace Development International USA, Inc., serving as Regional Manager, Director U.S. Operations, Executive Vice President North America & Treasurer.
For 12 years, Foust served as Redwood City councilmember, mayor and vice mayor, advancing major civic and community initiatives and advocating for transportation solutions aimed at reducing congestions and improving mobility.
