Weekday service between Harbor Bay and Downtown San Francisco with limited midday departures. The Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal is located on Bay Farm Island in the City of Alameda.

Harbor Bay Business Park Shuttle
The Harbor Bay Business Park Shuttle is free, open to the public and runs from Coliseum BART Station to the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal with stops in the business park along the way. This service is operated by the Harbor Bay Business Park Association.
The City of Alameda offers parking for 250 cars and two motorcycles at this terminal. Please check Alameda’s Ferry Parking webpage for information about paid parking, which launched in fall 2025. There is no overnight parking. For any parking issues or comments, please contact City of Alameda Parking at (510) 522-PARK.
Restrooms are available onboard all vessels.
