There is no direct service to AT&T Park for weekday afternoon games. East Bay riders can take a regularly scheduled ferry to the SF Ferry Building and disembark there. From the SF Ferry Building terminal, AT&T Park is a 20-30 minute walk, or transfer to the Muni Metro at the Embarcadero Station. The N line runs every ten minutes. Two supplementary Muni Metros titled, “AT&T Park” depart the Embarcadero Station every ten minutes beginning two hours before game time.

Security Advisory: Passengers may NOT bring the following items on board: weapons or security-sensitive objects, open containers (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), alcoholic beverages, hard-sided coolers, and briefcases/diaper bags/purses/ backpacks/bags larger than 16"x16"x8". Passengers may NOT leave items unattended on the ferry.

Note: Clipper Cards are not accepted on the AT&T Park service.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets to AT&T Park are non-refundable. Boarding Policy: Passengers holding tickets or a Ticket Purchase Confirmation (from online ticket purchases) are boarded first.
  • We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Commuter Check.
  • Tickets may only be used on the ferry route for which they were originally purchased.
  • Standard fare tickets and Discount Book tickets cannot be used on AT&T Park ferry.
  • Fares subject to change.



You can reserve your place on the Giants game boat by purchasing your tickets online in advance. It's easy, convenient, and best of all ensures you have a place on the game day ferry! In addition to advanced online ticket purchase, tickets will be sold on board the boat at time of departure on a space available basis.

  • Click the link below to purchase your E-Ticket.
  • Select the date of the game, the number and type of tickets, and pay online using your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. The deadline for online E-Ticket purchase is 12:00 noon prior to game day.
  • Upon completing your online E-Ticket purchase you will receive an email with an E-Ticket attachment. You can either:
  • Print the E-Ticket and bring it to the boat on game day. You must present the E-Ticket to a crewmember to board the boat; or
  • Save the E-Ticket on your smartphone or other mobile device. You must show your mobile device with the E-Ticket bar code displayed to a crewmember to board the boat.




A couple of important notes about AT&T Park service:

  • All sales are final. This sale is not subject to refund or exchange (except if the voyage is canceled). Ferry tickets cannot be resold or transferred. Passenger assumes risk of loss of these tickets.
  • Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Boat will depart promptly at the published departure time.
  • No alcoholic beverage, ice chest or coolers may be brought onboard the boat; no on-board alcohol sales on the return trip.

Oakland Terminal Address:  The Oakland terminal is located at the west end of Jack London Square; Near 10 Clay St, Oakland CA, 94607. Search nearby locations or get directions to the Oakland Terminal.

Parking at Alameda Main Street: Limited free parking for 324 cars is available in the ferry terminal parking lot at 2990 Main Street. There is parking for an additional 121 cars in the paved O’Lot located on Main street ¼ of a mile west of the ferry terminal. Parking is free. There is no overnight parking.

Bike Accommodations at Alameda Main St: There are 20 secure electronic bicycle lockers available using the BikeLink card system. Visit for more information. In addition there are bike racks that can accommodate up to 62 bikes.

Parking in Oakland: Riders receive up to 12 hrs free validated parking in the 7-story garage at 101 Washington St. Riders will be charged for any time over 12 hrs. Validate parking tickets at the ferry terminal. Garage hours are: Monday through Thursday 5:30 AM to 1:00 AM; Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 AM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM; Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM. There is no overnight parking.

Guaranteed Ride Home Programs

Ferry riders who experience a workday illness, family crisis or other unscheduled emergency may be eligible for a free ride home from work via taxi, rental car or other transit options provided by Guaranteed Ride Home programs offered by San Mateo and Alameda Counties to employees working in those counties. AC Transit Bus transfers: AC Transit transfer discounts are available for all customers using Clipper. Clipper provides: a $2.10 for Adults, a $1.05 discount for Youth, and a $1.05 discount for Senior/Disabled on AC Transit local buses when transferring from the Ferry; equivalent discounts are provided on ferry fares when transferring from AC Transit local buses. Beginning March 15, 2017, AC Transit transfer discounts are only available on Clipper. For bus schedules and routes visit

Free Broadway Shuttle: Offers fast, free connections between the Oakland Ferry Terminal area (stop is approx 2 blocks away at Broadway & Embarcadero) and BART and downtown Oakland offices.

Weekday Broadway Shuttle Service (Orange route)
Mondays-Fridays 7am-7pm between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and Grand Avenue. Shuttles run every 10 minutes during commute hours and lunchtime; every 15 minutes other times.

Weekend Night Broadway Shuttle Service (Blue route)
Fridays 7pm-1am & Saturdays 6pm-1am between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and 27th Street. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.

The Broadway Shuttle does not operate on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
