DAY GAMES: There is no direct service from the East Bay for day games. On weekends, we offer the Ballpark Short Hop connecting Downtown S.F. and Oracle Park for day games. You don't need a ticket for the Ballpark Short Hop.
ACCESSING YOUR TICKETS: Tickets will be emailed to you and available in the San Francisco Bay Ferry app. When using the app, please sign in with the same email you purchased your tickets with.
BOARDING: The QR codes are your tickets. Please have these ready for the crew to scan upon boarding.
RETURN FERRY: The ferry leaves from Oracle Park 35 minutes after the last out or fireworks but no later than MIDNIGHT. Do not follow the post-game departure time on your ticket.
