Winter fare promotions connect riders to unique ways to explore the Bay
Beginning November 1st, ferry passengers can benefit from winter fare promotions including $1 fares for youth ages 5-17 and $20 day passes valid on all regular SF Bay Ferry routes for 24 hours (not valid on special event routes). Kids under 5 continue to ride free.
Promotional fare products will be available to purchase via the SF Bay Ferry mobile app and onboard all vessels from November 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. $1 youth tickets and 24-hour day passes are only valid for use within this promotional period.

$20 gets you a 24-hour pass to access unlimited rides on all regular routes
Cross the Bay the ferry way once, twice, three times, or as many times as you can imagine within a 24-hour period! $20 day passes are valid for unlimited rides* on all regular ferry routes and expire 24 hours after ticket activation. Make sure to purchase a day pass and ride the ferry to our upcoming winter events.
*Passengers need to disembark at the end of point-to-point rides, so please check schedules to build your itinerary.

Tides and Tunes – Start your year off with free entertainment onboard SF Bay Ferry this January! Catch live performances onboard during the first four Fridays: January 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Tides & Tunes performers will be featured across our Oakland/Alameda, Richmond, and Vallejo routes. - 12/07 – 12/20
Merry Ferry featuring Santa – Keep the holiday spirits alive and catch Santa onboard select routes during three festive days in December! The Merry Ferry will run on the following regular service routes and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Check out details here!- Sunday, Dec. 7th on the Oakland/Alameda Route

Lighted Yacht Parade – We’re gearing up for the holiday season and you’re invited to join us in the Lighted Yacht Parade! Join SF Bay Ferry as we sail in the Oakland Estuary on December 6th, 2025. Hop onboard the ferry and experience the parade procession up close and personal. Ticket reservations for this event are sold out.
