Notice Regarding Gate Change: Alameda and Oakland ferries will depart from Gate G beginning Thursday, December 20. Learn more here.

• The Alameda/Oakland and Richmond ferries arrive and depart from Gate G, located just south of the Agriculture Building (across from Mission St).

• The Harbor Bay ferry arrives and departs from Gate E, located approximately one block from Pier ½ on the south end of the Ferry Building.

• The Vallejo ferry arrives and departs from Gate B located at the north end of the Ferry Building.

Parking in San Francisco: Parking is limited around the ferry terminal. Riders are encouraged to use public transportation when boarding the ferry at the SF Ferry Building.

Public Transit Options: Transit options near the San Francisco Ferry Building include BART and MUNI buses, trolleys and light rail. In addition, connecting Golden Gate Transit ferries to Marin County (Tiburon, Sausalito, Larkspur), and San Francisco Bay Ferries to Vallejo, Oakland and Alameda Main St arrive and depart from the Ferry Building. Parking at Alameda Harbor Bay: Limited free parking for 250 cars is available at the terminal. There is no overnight parking.

Public Transit Options: Transit options near the Alameda Harbor Bay terminal include AC Transit. In addition, The Harbor Bay Business Park Association operates a FREE shuttle Monday through Friday during peak commute periods.
