- Elimination of the 3:40 p.m. weekday Mare Island departure to Vallejo and San Francisco
- 9:45 a.m. weekday San Francisco departure to Vallejo will replace the current 9 a.m. departure
- 2:40 p.m. weekday San Francisco departure to Vallejo will replace the current 2:30 p.m. departure
- 7 p.m. weekday Vallejo departure to San Francisco will replace the current 6:45 p.m. departure
