Fares and Tickets

Clipper Cards can be used on all SFBF routes with the exception of our special Oracle Park service. Paper tickets and passes are route specific and can only be used on the route they were purchased for. Details on fares are listed below by route.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets to Oracle Park are non-refundable. Boarding Policy: Passengers holding tickets or a Ticket Purchase Confirmation (from online ticket purchases) are boarded first.
  • We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Commuter Check.
  • Tickets may only be used on the ferry route for which they were originally purchased.
  • Standard fare tickets and Discount Book tickets cannot be used on Oracle Park ferry.

TO ORACLE PARK FOR S.F. GIANTS GAMES


You can reserve your place on the Giants game boat by purchasing your tickets online in advance. It's easy, convenient, and best of all ensures you have a place on the game day ferry! In addition to advanced online ticket purchase, tickets will be sold on board the boat at time of departure on a space available basis.

  • Click the link below to purchase your E-Ticket.
  • Select the date of the game, the number and type of tickets, and pay online using your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. The deadline for online E-Ticket purchase is 12:00 noon prior to game day.
  • Upon completing your online E-Ticket purchase you will receive an email with an E-Ticket attachment. You can either:
  • Print the E-Ticket and bring it to the boat on game day. You must present the E-Ticket to a crewmember to board the boat; or
  • Save the E-Ticket on your smartphone or other mobile device. You must show your mobile device with the E-Ticket bar code displayed to a crewmember to board the boat.

 

 

 

 

 

A couple of important notes about Oracle Park service:

  • All sales are final. This sale is not subject to refund or exchange (except if the voyage is canceled). Ferry tickets cannot be resold or transferred. Passenger assumes risk of loss of these tickets.
  • Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Boat will depart promptly at the published departure time.
  • No alcoholic beverage, ice chest or coolers may be brought onboard the boat; no on-board alcohol sales on the return trip.

  • On busy holidays and weekends Guest Assistant Representatives may also be present at the Alameda Main St and Oakland Jack London Square ferry terminals to sell tickets to customers in line.

Clipper provides: a $2.25 for Adults and a $1.10 discount for Youth/Senior/Disabled on AC Transit local buses when transferring from the Ferry; equivalent discounts are provided on ferry fares when transferring from AC Transit local buses. Beginning March 15, 2017, AC Transit transfer discounts are only available on Clipper.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Vallejo Ticket Office hours: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To accommodate customers who wish to purchase a monthly pass, the Ticket Office will open at 5:00 AM for monthly pass sales on the first and last two weekdays of the month excluding holidays. In addition, when there is a weekday night Giants game, the Ticket Office will stay open until 5:45 PM to accommodate customers taking the 5:45 PM Vallejo departure to the San Francisco Ferry Building.
  • Tickets are sold at the Vallejo Ferry Terminal ticket office at 289 Mare Island Way, Vallejo; Bay Crossings in the SF Ferry Building; and Blue & Gold Fleet at SF Pier 41 terminal.
  • If ferry ticket offices are closed, full-fare, one-way tickets may be purchased onboard – cash and credit cards accepted.
  • NEW: Mobile ticketing is now available with the Hopthru mobile app. Learn how to buy ferry tickets on your phone.
  • We accept cash, VISA and MasterCard at the ferry ticket office. Commuter checks can be used for the purchase of passes at participating ticket outlets.
  • School groups please use our School Group Request Form. Please note that school group requests must be processed, approved, and paid-in-full at least 72 hours prior to your sailing date to receive a group rate discount.
  • Transferring to or from MUNI using your Clipper Card? Adult San Francisco Bay Ferry passengers using Clipper receive a $0.50 transfer discount when transferring between the ferry and MUNI. The discount is provided both to and from the ferry.
